Time Table of events & Agenda for the wedding day is a must
One of the most important items to complete at least a week prior to your wedding is a time table /
agenda of wedding day events. Since many details are not settled until the last few weeks prior to the
wedding, getting everyone on the same page not only relieves additional stress on you the day of the
wedding but keeps your bridal party, guests, DJ, Band, Florist, Caterer, family and your photographer
right on queue. We can’t stress enough how important a well planned agenda is to helping us capture

An example of a wedding day agenda should look something like this:
8:30 a.m. Bride to arrive at parents home for an hour or so of “relax time”.
8:45 a.m. Flowers to arrive for bridal party at parents home.
9:30 a.m. Bride, Maid of Honor and Bridesmaids to arrive at Updo Hair Salon and SPA at 1234 Any Street,
Anytown to get manicure, pedi, makeup and hair.
11:00 a.m. Guys to meet at grooms house to get into tuxes, have a stiff beverage and talk about some
sporting event they saw on T.V. last weekend.
11:15 a.m. Boutonnieres brought to grooms home by uncle of the bride.
11:45 Limo to arrive at Spa to pick up ladies.
12:00 p.m. Ladies leave salon for St. Somewhere Church at 567 Main Street, Anytown
12:20 p.m. Limo to arrive at grooms home to pick up gentlemen.
12:40 p.m. Limo to leave grooms house for church.
1:00 p.m. Final guest and parents seated for ceremony.
1:05 p.m. Soloist sings introduction love song.
1:10 p.m. Bride walks down aisle.
1:20 p.m. Bride and groom exchange rings and vows.
1:25 p.m. Bride and groom light unity candle.
1:30 p.m. Wedding officiate announces us as Mr. and Mrs. for the first time.
1:35 p.m. First kiss and back down the aisle!
1:40 p.m. Meet officiate in church office to sign marriage certificate.
1:45 p.m. Entire group of wedding attendees gathers back inside church for large group photo with bride
and groom for their first photos together.
