At Brad Hall Studios, we pride ourselves in providing each client with a solid understanding of the
services we provide and making certain you are able to get exactly what you want when it comes to your
wedding photography. While many photographers offer little more than a pretty website with an endless
Flash slideshow, we ask each and every bride and groom to meet with us prior to your big day.
Our normal wedding photography consultation takes anywhere between one hour and can take up to two or
three hours depending on how involved you would like to get early in this planning stage. We are happy
to meet you at a location of choice. We simply ask that we can meet in a place that is conducive to
concentrating on your photographic needs. We often meeting at our clients home or are happy to meet
in popular public places such as the location of your wedding, reception or the local coffee shop. It
seems we have been to Starbucks so many times; we are accountable for at least some of their successful
stock value.
At each consultation, we start by going over what is important to you in your wedding photography. You
might want to ask yourself the following questions prior to meeting with your photographer.
- How familiar are you with current wedding photography trends?
- Do you have a photographic style that you like or do not like?
- If you could have your dream wedding photographic session, what would it be?
- It is important to be comfortable with your photographer all day. Are there parts of the photography
that you are more or less familiar and / or comfortable?
- What special requests do you have?
At the conclusion of our consultation, most couples go ahead and book their wedding photography. Booking
you photography is very simple as all we ask for is a signed copy of our wedding photography agreement
along with a $500 deposit to hold the date. Of course we know plans are constantly modified during the
planning process so don’t worry if a few things on your wedding agreement need to change as we get closer
to your date (i.e. times, people in the wedding, location of reception, etc.). Please make all checks
