Preparing your house for photography:

Having your house look its very best is extremely important when you want to attract the highest number of potential buyers.

  • Have the house 100% picked up and ready to be photographed upon the photographers' arrival (we recommend having everything listed below completed no less than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start window). 
  • Have pets and people removed or hidden during your photo session.
  • Have “every single” light in the home on and operating (check all bulbs days before the photo shoot if possible). This includes desk and bedside lamps and under counter lighting in the kitchen, etc., etc.
  • Have ceiling fans turned off from rotating. Photographs are often “long exposures” and fans in movement will result in motion blurred images.
  • Have grass, trees, hedges trimmed - prior to the shoot and the driveway, yards, and sidewalks should be clear of everything (including hoses, garbage cans, etc.). All driveways / sidewalks / areas directly in front of the house must be completely clear of cars, boats, trailers, or anything else that is not part of the house. Please park all cars at least three houses away from the subject property during the photo shoot.

Clean / crisp homes attract more buyers and attract buyers willing to pay the highest possible price. We appreciate your help as we want to do everything we can to help with a successful house sale!

Please note that our insurance coverage does not allow us to move anything in the home so please have everything you want moved or removed from the house completed prior to our arrival.

  • Up to 3 Community Photos when requested (within photo count / must mention prior to photo session to be included).**
  • $200 Vacant Lot Package (10-15 drone only photos)*
  • $250 Economy Package (15-20 wide-angle ground only based photos)
  • $300 Standard Package (25-50 wide-angle ground based and aerial drone photos)*
  • $400 Premium Package (55-80 wide-angle ground based and aerial drone photos)*
  • $600 Artisan Package (90-110 wide-angle ground based, aerial drone photos, and artistic detail photos)*

* Drone photos including only when practical, safe, legal (FAA part 107) drone operation is available. We must abide by all local, state, and federal regulations.

A part 107 FAA remote pilot / drone (unmanned aircraft system) certificate is required to take photographs for a real estate listing. Protect yourself and your client and only hire licensed drone pilots. 2D Floor Plans:

  • Includes a scan of all available main rooms and provides a 2D black and white floor plan for each level. Floor plans are the ideal way to showcase the home layout for online viewing.

  • We offer Virtual Matterport Tours with 360-degree views as an add-on to still photography to provide an immersive experience for potential buyers. These interactive features allow viewers to see the full scope of the property and makes the experience more interactive. Includes six (6) months of online hosting with Matterport (hosting required for the system to work).*
  • Matterport link delivered to your inbox via digital download (DropBox) within 24-48 hours
  • Pricing - $300 (first floor). Additional floors $125 per floor. due at time of photography

*Additional hosting is $150 per six months period beyond the original included hosting.

Twilight Photos (ad-on only):

  • Photographed at dusk / civil twilight
  • Includes ten (10) HDR Enhanced and Processed images for the highest amount of detail
  • Pricing - $250 due at time of photography

Community Photoshoot (ad-on only):

  • A great way to feature the community and amenities surrounding the subject property including a community pool, gym, clubhouse, game area, community signage.*
  • Up to ten (10) images included
  • Pricing - $50 due at time of photography

Walkthrough Video:

  • HD Video (1080p) approximately two (2) minutes
  • Cinematic camera movement to engage viewers
  • Includes aerial drone video when practical, safe, legal (FAA part 107) drone operation. We must abide by all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Set to one music track from our licensed music collection
  • Includes up to six (6) months of online hosting
